Patch is a 5 year old male British Bulldog. His birthday was last week. He has been a much loved and beautifully cared-for family member. Sadly though circumstances beyond his family’s control, and no fault on Patch’s part, they have had to give him up.
He is a healthy dog and doesn’t suffer from the horrendous breathing issues so many have. Patch loves people and has always lived with children, though we will not be home with very small ones due to the risk of him knocking them flying when he impersonates a tank in the way only Bulldogs can.
He also loves soft and squeaky toys which might cause upset in children who are too young to be responsible for their possessions. He is clean and not destructive indoors, pretty good on a lead, recalls well, and is fine in the car.
Patch mostly ignores other dogs, but is keen to hump one of ours, who is similar to him in many ways. We have just had him castrated so that should settle.
